Kenya, Africa March 2017

Spent 6 days with our missionary friends at Lake Navaisha, Kenya! Just driving around we saw zebras, giraffes, camels, etc! We toured one of 127 flower farms in Kenya, which is the third largest exporter of cut flowers in the world! Also spent a day at Kijabe health  care Hospital, where our whole Miller family served in 2001.

Disney Dopey Challenge 48.6 Miles

WE DID IT! Dopey Challenge-48.6 miles in 4 days at DisneyWorld (5K, 10K, Half & Full Marathons)! Up by 3:30 AM each day! RunDisney cancelled the Half Saturday due to weather, but we ran with thousands of others at the Disney Resorts to get that one completed. Great cheering squad of Will & Jo and Shelby (Victoria/Colin/Ellie from Charlotte)! The final Sunday Full Marathon (26.2 miles) started at 36 degrees & windy, so we wore surgical gowns at the beginning. Sore, but ecstatic to complete after 6 months of training! Carpe diem! m&b
