Mark was named one of “ America ’s Top Plastic Surgeons”  by the Consumers’ Research Council of America, an independent  Washington, D.C.-based research organization that provides information guides for consumers of professional services throughout the United States. This is the 4th year in a row Mark has received the recognition beginning in 2007.

We’ve been back in Fayetteville, NC since 1988 although I was born and raised here. We love to travel and go on medical mission trips all over the world. Mark has been to the Philippines, Honduras, Peru, Belieze, Ecuador, Africa and Iraq. Mark also spent some time in Iran in the 1970′s. That’s Shelby’s bunny on my shoulder which use to travel with us. I’m at the Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden where the Tigres and Eurphrates rivers join! My 40th BD F-16 Flight! And my girls are cleaning me up back home! I became a Marathon Man January 10, 2010 after finishing 26.2 miles in 5 Hours, 33 Minutes and 11 Seconds at the DisneyWorld Marathon!!!

Will and I went with the Friends of Special Operations Force to Key West February 10-13, 2005 to visit

US Army Special Forces Underwater Operations, Joint Interagency Task Force South, & US Coast Guard.

Will & I visited with the 10th SF, the 7th ID, & Cheyenne Mountain. WOW!!!!!!!!

Will and I went with the Friends of Special Operations Force to El Paso, Texas October 23-26, 2003.We visited Joint Task Force-6, US Border Patrol, White Sands Missile Range, saw the lights of Juarez, US Army Sergeant Majors Academy,  Hueco Tanks & the Museum of the West.

Mark returned from a 2 week medical mission trip to Iraq the Spring of 2003  with Operation Blessing.
